We stand behind Tap-Less completely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 60-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery — no questions asked.
We built this guarantee because we know tendons take time to remodel. 60 days gives you enough time to experience the product properly and decide if it's right for you.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Your refund request must be submitted within 60 days of your delivery date. You must contact us at info@satori.fit with your order number and reason for return. Both opened and unopened products are eligible for a full refund under our 60-day guarantee.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To initiate a refund, email us at info@satori.fit with the subject line "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]." Include your full name, order number, and a brief reason for your request. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
RETURN SHIPPING
For refunds within the 60-day guarantee window, you are not required to return the product. We trust our customers. If a return is requested outside of standard policy at our discretion, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@satori.fit with a photo of the item and your order number. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund for orders already processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel and request a refund on a recent subscription charge, contact us within 60 days of that charge and we will review it under our standard guarantee.
WHAT WE DO NOT REFUND
Refund requests submitted after the 60-day guarantee window have expired. Orders where the full supply has been consumed beyond a reasonable trial period and a refund is requested solely to obtain the product for free. Any orders involving fraud, chargebacks initiated without contacting us first, or abuse of our guarantee policy.
CHARGEBACKS
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in your account being flagged and future orders declined.
