Satori Electrolytes

★★★★★ 4.7 from verified reviews  |  12,000+ sessions

Four electrolytes. Six B vitamins. No sugar, no caffeine, no filler. Two scoops — replace what every round takes out of you.

60-day guarantee · Made in USA · Caffeine-free · Sugar-free

Four electrolytes

Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium — citrate forms. Replaces what sweat costs you.

Six B vitamins

B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 (Folate), B12 (Methylcobalamin). Cellular energy support — no stimulants.

Zero stimulants

No caffeine. No crash. Pre-session, mid-session, post-session, or anytime in between.

Keto-compatible

No sugar. Fits any dietary protocol. Clean label — nothing you need to justify.

What a hard session takes out of you

During one hour of intense training, sweat removes minerals your muscles depend on for contraction, signaling, and recovery. The amounts vary by intensity and individual — the direction is always the same: down.

The B vitamins used as co-factors in cellular energy production don't replenish between rounds on their own.
Two scoops. That's the fix.

What's inside

Electrolytes

Sodium  Sodium Citrate

Fluid balance, muscle contraction, nerve signaling.

Potassium  Potassium Citrate

Prevents cramping. Restores what hard rounds strip out.

Magnesium  Magnesium Citrate

Muscle recovery, cellular energy production.

Calcium  Calcium Citrate

Muscle signaling, bone density, heart rhythm.

B-vitamin complex

B1 (Thiamin)

Converts carbohydrates to energy.

B2 (Riboflavin)

Cellular energy metabolism.

B3 (Niacin)

Energy production, DNA repair.

B6 (Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate)

Amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter support.

B9 (Folate)

Cell formation, red blood cell production.

B12 (Methylcobalamin)

Nerve function, DNA synthesis, energy.

Why citrate forms?

Most electrolyte supplements use oxide or carbonate-bound minerals — cheaper to manufacture. We use citrate across all four electrolytes. Citrate salts absorb faster in the gut and are gentler on the stomach. It costs more per tub. We chose it anyway.

Why B vitamins in a hydration product?

Most electrolyte powders stop at minerals. B vitamins are co-factors in cellular energy metabolism — your body uses them to convert food into ATP. B3, B6, and B12 are rate-limiting in the energy cycle under high-intensity load. We include all six because if you're training hard, you're burning through them.

How to use

01

Add 2 scoops

Into 28–40 oz of cold water. Adjust to taste — more water for lighter flavor, less for stronger.

02

Shake or stir

Until fully dissolved. No clumping, no film.

03

Drink it

During or after training. Daily use is fine. Do not exceed 5 scoops in 24 hours.

What athletes are saying

★★★★★

I used to cramp in the third and fourth round regardless of how much water I drank. Two months in, not once. The only thing that changed.

Marcus D.Verified

★★★★★

I've tried every electrolyte product on the market. This is the first one that doesn't taste like a chemistry lab and doesn't have me reading a 30-ingredient label.

Tyler R.Verified

★★★★★

Training in Texas heat, two sessions a day. The hollow feeling I'd get by afternoon is gone. During and after both sessions now.

Questions

Short answers.

Does it have caffeine?

No. Zero stimulants. Use it any time of day — no interference with sleep.

Is it keto-friendly?

Yes. No sugar, no carbs worth counting. Fits any dietary protocol.

How many servings per tub?

Approximately 40 servings at 2 scoops each. Net weight 5.7 oz / 162 g.

Can I use it with Tap-Less?

Yes. Different mechanisms — Tap-Less feeds tendon remodeling over 90 days, Hydration replaces electrolytes in real time. They don't compete.

When should I take it?

During or after training works best. Can be used any time. Max 5 scoops per 24 hours.

Is it safe for tested athletes?

The ingredient list is clean. Verify against your governing body's current banned substance list before competition.

Why citrate forms instead of cheaper minerals?

Citrate salts have better bioavailability and are gentler on the stomach than oxide or carbonate-bound minerals. We use citrate across all four electrolytes.

Can I use this every day even on rest days?

Yes. Hydration isn't training-specific. Two scoops on rest days is fine. Max 5 scoops per 24 hours regardless.
